The number of people affected by various mental health issues stands at almost half of the entire population. The mental health issues include stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and others. As such, different interventions have been developed to manage the impacts of these conditions. One intervention that does not involve medication and herbal components is massage. Massage has been found to provide relief for various mental health issues. Based on the high pace of the world, people are often exposed to stressors that significantly and adversely impact their well-being.
