SOLUTION  

I live and work in West Palm Beach City, the county seat of Palm Beach County, Florida. As a healthcare professional working in primary care office, I get to see and interact with a lot of patients mostly from Palm Beach County. The top two chronic diseases that I see in a lot of patients in Palm Beach County are hypertension and diabetes. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2022), nearly half of adults in the United States (47%, or 116 million) have hypertension. This implies that nearly 1 out of 2 adults in the United States has hypertension.
