HPI: The patient is a 69-year-old Caucasian male accompanied by his wife to the clinic due to the patient’s difficulty with balance, and his walking is becoming slower. The wife reports the patient has a history of a right-hand tremor for several years. Mr. Tony is a right-handed man who says he has noticed that his Parkinson’s Disease symptoms are getting worse. It was seen more during rest and got aggravated during movements. Recently, he reported the lower extremities were also affected. The patient also gives a history of difficulty in walking in the form of difficulty starting, and once he starts walking, he stoops forward with small and fast steps.
