Discuss your process
When dealing with the process of introducing a new project in my organization, the first step is to bring the idea to leadership. Depending on the size of the project, such as if it will be unit-based, department based, or hospital wide, would determine which leadership personal it would be brought to. If the project will be hospital wide, it will need to go through administration for approval.
