SOLUTION

My experience working with Vijay Rao’s clinical encounter case was challenging but promising because I had to explore a patient with peptic ulcer disease. It exposed me to my strength and weakness and made me understand that a healthcare provider under one stress or the other should not attend to any patient because that patient will not get adequate and proper attention. Peptic ulcer disease is a common epigastric pain and gastrointestinal condition seen frequently in primary care settings.

My strength was found in obtaining a history and physical examination, but my weakness, in this case, was extracting, organizing, and critically analyzing the information gathered to be able to list out the differentials, even though I was able to make my diagnosis.…….please click the icon below to access entire solution at $20
