What is your current leadership style?

My current leadership style is transformational—this is a very accurate description of the type of leadership form we follow at my workplace. We follow a shared governance model that includes others in the decision-making process. An example of shared governance in our workplace is our Unit-Based council. Staff members run this council, and the ideas and decisions are then discussed with our manager.
