In what ways does this impact your view of the nursing profession? If those outside of healthcare were aware, how might it impact their view?

If you actually think about it, there are more instances of workplace rudeness than you may realize, but this is true in all professions. Even if it is so unjust, there usually isn’t much you can do to alter the situation. I like helping people and working as a nurse. Never the patients, it’s typically a selfless colleague who gets away with doing nothing who makes me wonder whether I’m in the correct line of employment. As a preceptor for new employees, I never disparage the profession since we are all there to learn. I am a laid-back individual.
