The course has been important for me as I have been able to learn more concepts that are applicable in transformational leadership. Course outcome #1 enabled me to sharpen my understanding when contrasting and comparing the theories of organizational behavior and leadership. Process- and control-based transactional leadership necessitates a rigid management structure.
