- Determine what strategy you can envision using as a DNP-prepared nurse to sustain project improvements through intra- and interprofessional collaboration.

As a DNP-prepared nurse, I can envision using effective communication to sustain project improvements through intra and interprofessional collaboration. Communication is essential in promoting project progression and improved sustainability since it assists all the team members to understand the project’s needs and sustainability requirements as well as the potential challenges that may occur. Effective communication will help in understanding the expectations of the team members.
