Regarding the Post-TANIC Self-Assessment for this week, how does your competency level compare to the Week 2 Self-Assessment?
I overestimated my informatics competency when I first completed the TANIC Self- Assessment. Knowledge about methods for accessing and assessing quality electronic information, identifying the nature of the data needed, and defining the information systems was competent at most. In contrast, I felt that most of my answers were competent and proficient, compared to a novice, like in week two. I even felt comfortable rating myself an expert with basic computer skills.
