ANSWER
This video was a very sad case. Working in the ER we see a lot of patients who come back to the ER a week or two after getting surgery complaining of feeling uncomfortable or sick. A lot of times cases like this are excused and patients are discharged when labs and imaging come back clear. It was strange and a safety issue that there was no documentation of the patient’s visit to the hospital and her surgery.……..please click the icon below to access entire answer at $10
