As a committee member, you have been assigned to consider the components of a new HIS from different perspectives. Your assigned perspective is based on the first letter of your last name in the chart below.

Paragraph one: Based upon your assigned perspective, what components are needed in a new HIS? Why are they important?  

From the perspective of a client the new HIS should contain the ability to streamline admissions and discharges utilizing “smart technology can benefit patients through improved efficiencies” (Hebeda, 2018, p.142), saving valuable time.
