ANSWER
My name is Ciara Howell and I am from Columbus, Ohio. I am currently employed at Riverside Methodist Hospital which is the largest hospital of the OhioHealth organization. OhioHealth is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system. Riverside Methodist Hospital (RMH) is a regional tertiary care hospital with several specialty centers and services. I started my nursing career at RMH a little over four years ago on a medical/surgical unit. My current role is Clinical Nurse Leader and I have been in this role for the past two years.
