Introduction 

This Getta Byte Software intends to replace the manual approach because incorrect data entry might put the organization’s financial future at risk to a significant degree. It is the goal of the Getta Byte Software Project to replace their manual billing method with a digital software system that is more accurate, easy, and quick in order to provide a better data management solution for their consumers. The CEO, CFO, and accounts payable will be the most influential people in the organization. As a consequence of switching to online software, their data entry will be enhanced, and a dynamic updating of receivables will be developed, which might result in them saving up to a quarter of their monthly labor costs.
