Assignment Overview

A minimum of 72 approved hours must be attained by the end of this course. The practicum log reflects the activities that you do and the time that you spend completing the practicum requirements:

• Describe the Nurse Executive CGE activities.
• Track your hourly practicum hours, helping you realize where time has been spent and what has been accomplished.

Assignment Instructions

1. Abide by the Chamberlain College of Nursing Academic Integrity Policy.
2. Create the assignment using the Practicum Log Template (Microsoft Excel) provided.
3. Maintain the weekly log throughout the course.
4. Notify the professor and/or mentor of any concerns during the completion of the log.
5. Mentor approval is required weekly. Upload mentor email approval of weekly hours.
