I have completed some research on sources that I consider very interesting and related to my argument on UV radiation. The health benefit and risk of UV radiation, prompted these authors to carry out researches, and create awareness by publicizing their findings. UV radiation deactivates or destroys microorganism such as viruses and bacteria, on the order hand, it damages immune system by interrupting disease fighting white blood cells. Furthermore, UV radiation affects global climate change by producing more harmful ultraviolet-B causing DNA damage to human, when there is a decrease in stratospheric ozone. Being aware of the positive effect of Natural sunlight and UV light, I hope to argue that UV radiation posses more threat to human health, and other alternatives should be used in place of UV ray exposure.
