ANSWER

Week 7 was rich in content pertaining to nursing theories and the manner in which they impact practice. Concepts on research and theory are highly informative as they form the foundation for my skills and knowledge in the application of philosophy into practice and development of research questions. From the week, I now know that I can apply Benner’s Novice-Expert model to map an excellent journey in the transition phases.
