A fifty-seven-year-old male presents to the clinic, states, “I had my blood pressure checked at a health fair earlier and it was high, my wife convinced me to come in.” patient admits to poor eating choices, eating fast food multiple times a week and has an inactive lifestyle with a recent increase in his weight. Spouse reports and states, “he has periods of not breathing when sleeping and it wakes him up, but then he goes back to sleep.” Patient reports having a “dull” headache that comes and goes about 2-3 times a week. Patient takes Ibuprofen for his headaches about 4-5 times a day. Reports feeling tired and sleepy most of the day. Patient is a full-time employee, off weekends.
