SOLUTION 

The pros of the situation are that the patient is interested in being actively involved in her care and has essential family support. She can also access her PHRs at home and can share the information with other health professionals (her oncologist in this case). Another pro is that she can get in touch with her physician. The cons of the situation are that the patient has incomplete records. This can be attributed to poor interoperability between different healthcare organizations.
