From the research I have done on dieting, I believe the Paleo is a diet that still gives the body the nutrients it needs. With the Paleo diet people are eating the way cavemen were believed to eat, which is mainly meats, fruits and veggies in proper portions. “A paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds — foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering.
